Westminster Playground – Updated

My neighborhood wants to build a $48,000+ playground on part of our soccer field. The association is putting up $17,000 and we all will pay $83 one time and a few bucks every year for maintenance and insurance. The field isn’t used much but I would guess only 10-20% of households have playground age kids. It shouldn’t pass, just hope apathy does not let it. I would just as soon they close the pool and save us all that money also. Maybe we can vote on that next time. No telling what may happen.
