R56 MFSW Saga….

I’m in the process of getting my MFSW. It’s day 8 in the shop and the dealer is not able to get the parts working with the car. 
I asked the tech. rep. to have someone start thinking about what to do if they can’t get it to work at all. Let me think of some ideas… 1. New correct working car as I originally ordered it at zero cost to me. (Including tax, etc.) Maybe a 2008! Meanwhile I keep my car to drive. This would be their best deal as it would still give them some profit. Though I think I would prefer option 2. 2. Full refund of original check paid to them with return of the car to them. I’ll pay the gas, insurance etc. I used but not milage or depreciation.
